By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you confirm that:

- Real-time Exchange Rates: Provides currency exchange rate queries and conversion
- History: Saves your conversion history (local storage)
- Favorites: Save frequently used conversion combinations (local storage)
- Pro Version: Provides ad-free experience, unlimited history, premium features, and more
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
3. License and Usage Restrictions
3.1 License Grant
Provided you comply with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use this App on your personal mobile device.
3.2 Usage Restrictions
Unless you have obtained our explicit written permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or network connections
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or data
- Exploit any bugs or errors in the App for improper gain
4. Accounts and Purchases
4.1 In-App Purchases
The App offers the following purchase options:
- Pro Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews
- Pro Yearly Subscription: Billed yearly, discounted price
- Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
- Renewal charges will be deducted within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings
4.3 Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google to request a refund. We typically cannot process refund requests directly.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the next subscription cycle and you will be notified in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to code, design, graphics, interface, text, images, audio, video, and software) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us will be considered non-confidential information. We are free to use such information without any obligation or compensation to you.
6. Advertising
6.1 Ad Display
Free version users may see ads when using the App. These ads are provided by third-party ad platforms such as Google AdMob.
6.2 Ad Removal Options
You can remove all ads by purchasing the Pro version. Pro version users will not see any ads.
6.3 Ad Clicks
You understand and agree that interactions with ads are subject to the terms and privacy policies of third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7.2 Data Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You understand and agree to assume the risk of using the Service.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement warranties
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Warranties of accuracy or reliability of results
8.1 Exchange Rate Data Accuracy
Exchange rate data provided by the App comes from third-party APIs and is for reference only. We do not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of exchange rate data. We are not liable for any losses arising from using this exchange rate data.
8.2 Calculation Results
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of unit conversions, we are not legally liable for any calculation errors or consequences arising from them. We recommend independent verification before making important decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the service
- Damages arising from any third-party actions or content on the service
- Damages arising from any content obtained from the service
The above limitations apply regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).
10. Indemnification

11. Termination

You may terminate use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through App Store or Google Play to avoid further charges.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without prior notice if:
- You breach any terms of this Agreement
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Your use of the Service harms us or other users
- Required by law or government request
11.3 Post-Termination Terms
After termination of this Agreement, the following terms remain effective: intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable law provisions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising from this Agreement or the Service, both parties should first resolve through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the competent People's Court at the developer's location.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration related to this Agreement or the Service.
13. Agreement Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement takes effect when posted in the App or on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically.
For significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications or email.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed separable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and any other expressly incorporated terms) constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications, and proposals.

17. Miscellaneous

17.3 Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except as expressly stated otherwise, this Agreement does not create rights for any third party.
